
Hi, my name is Carly and I am a 20-year-old student from Salem, Ohio. I am currently in my second year at the Culinary Institute of America, studying Baking and Pastry Arts. I recently returned from my externship at Park Avenue Seasons in New York City. Working in the pastry kitchen of a fast paced and upscale restaurant was a valuable learning experience. Soon after my graduation from the A.O.S program, I plan to pursue my bachelor's degree.
When I began to think about my future career, baking was the only thing that stood out in my mind. After visiting the campus, I knew right away that this was the place that would prepare me to reach my goals.
