Hi, my name is Gianna. I am a 20-year-old student from Orlando, Florida. I am currently enrolled in the baking and pastry Arts A.O.S. program. I will be graduating in February 2009. Recently, I completed my externship at The Homestead Resort in Hot Springs, Virginia. It was definitely an experience that changed my life.

My passion for food evolved when I was young. My father, a CIA Alumni of '72, was the biggest influence on my love for food. I have been in the hospitality industry since I was 15, where I started working as a chef's apprentice. Since my father is a graduate of the CIA, I have dreamt about the day I, too, would become a graduate. I would not have changed this experience for anything. This is my dream come true.
