Hi, my name is Nathan and I am a 20-year-old student from Moses Lake, WA. I am currently in my second year at the CIA and will be graduating in February 2009 with an AOS in baking and pastry arts. I recently returned from my externship at the Loews Miami Beach Hotel. The experiences and skills that I learned while I was there are invaluable.

My love of food started young and continued to blossom. I first became interested in attending the CIA at ProStart competitions in high school. For me it has been a life changing experience. One that undoubtedly will help shape my whole career in the industry.
