Hi, my name is Victor. I am 19 years old from El Paso, Texas. Growing up I fell in love with food. Eating, cooking and learning about food was my pastime, so I decided to make it a career. I am currently a second year student here at the CIA majoring in culinary arts and so far, the experience has been amazing. Since day one there has never been a dull moment and it feels like a dream come true to be here. Plus I was able to meet and make friends with people who share the same passion as I do.
