HOUSING

Once accepted, incoming students may apply for Institute-owned housing at the Vineyard Lodge, approximately 3/4 mile from the Greystone campus in St. Helena, CA. This secured building includes 40 single- and double-occupancy rooms with private baths, common area, community kitchen and outdoor patio overlooking the vineyards of the Napa Valley. There is an additional charge per 15-week semester of $3,250 for single occupancy and $2,600 for double occupancy.

Students may also find accommodations in the surrounding communities.
