Greystone will have "Open Forum" on the first Tuesday of each month from 1:30 – 3:30 p.m. The Open Forum will be in the DeBaun Theatre where our scheduled demos are held. During the Open Format, the public is invited to interact with the chef, attend an informal demo, have a chance to become familiar with merchandise from the campus store, perhaps meet a cookbook author. It will be a true Open Forum. The doors to the theatre will remain open during this two hour time frame. There will no charge to the public. It will be first come, first serve, no reservations and there will be no set menu... A true chef's surprise!
