Welcome to The Culinary Institute of America's online restaurant reservations and gift certificate system. You can now instantly secure and confirm a restaurant reservation at all of the CIA's Hyde Park, N.Y. restaurants (excluding Apple Pie Bakery Cafè).
Gift Certificates: Online gift certificates can only be purchased for the restaurants at the CIA's Hyde Park, NY campus. To purchase a gift certicate for the Greystone Wine Spectator restaurant, please call 707-967-1010.
New Users: You must activate your account in order to use the system. Once you create an account, you are sent an activation e-mail. Click on the link to activate your account.
Online Reservations: Online reservations can be made 3 months in advance. If you require more time, please call 845-471-6608 to inquire about the scheduling dates. For parties larger than 8 please call 845-471-6608 to make your reservation.
