Facilities and Services for Group Sales

Located within the West Coast Campus of the Culinary Institute of America, and in the heart of the world-famous Napa Valley, The Wine Spectator Greystone Restaurant is the choice for innovative food and fine wines. The grand historic landmark that was once the Christian Brothers Winery, now offers the perfect setting for entertaining with unique open cooking suites, and flavorful, ingredient-inspired Wine Country Cuisine.

Choose the intimacy of The Food Arts Dining Room, which can seat up to ten guests. Or, for your special event with fewer than 40 guests, you may prefer seating at smaller tables surrounding the show kitchens or enjoy the unparalleled panoramas of the Valley's vineyards, including our own, from the terrace.

Our seasonal menus feature the freshest ingredients harvested daily from Greystone's own organic garden, from the bounty of local farmers, the nearby Pacific Ocean and Northern California's fresh water lakes and streams.

We believe in the historic idea that a restaurant's purpose is to "restore" its guests. In that spirit, we invite you and your guests to relax and enjoy Today's Temptations, which are an array of delicious "small" bites to be shared by all at the table. Our chefs call them temptations because they are inspired by the culinary artisans, farmers and foragers who bring their tempting products to the kitchen door every day.

Our staff invites you to begin your special event with our very own Querencia Brut Rosé, which is the perfect sparkling wine for all temptations. Or choose your favorite cocktail or one of the local microbrews from our full-service bar. Complement your meal with wines from our extensive wine list, which showcases vintners in the Napa and Sonoma Valleys. Large bottle formats and rare vintages are also available. For an elegant finale, choose from an outstanding array of dessert wines, ports, grappas, madeiras, single malt scotches and brandies.
