If you want to hit the job market fast—our 21-month associate degrees in culinary arts or baking and pastry arts are the perfect choice. Packed with experiential learning—including 1,300+ hands-on hours—you’ll graduate ready to jump into any professional kitchen.
Bachelor’s Degree Programs
Add the power of a bachelor’s degree to your résumé in just 38-months (less, if you have transfer credits). These programs, offered only at our New York campus, build on the food and beverage curriculum of our associate degrees with specialized majors, concentrations, travel experiences, and more.
