Explore the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park

Home to numerous student clubs, athletic teams, and special events you won’t find anywhere else—like competitive cookoffs, chef demos, and the Run For Your Knives 5k—you’re sure to find countless opportunities involving food, friends, and fun! At our New York campus, every experience reflects a shared passion for all things food. It’s no coincidence that our Hudson Valley location is a learning-lab for agritourism, farm-to-table cuisine, resorts, and craft breweries—lots of our graduates love the region so much that they never leave.
