And now, with our Fall Open House events, you’ll get a taste of what awaits you here. These events are the perfect opportunity to help you get a jump on your future in food and hospitality—so don’t miss out. Join us from 2–5 p.m. for the following:
- Welcome to CIA—Join our Admissions team as they share details about CIA academic programs, scholarships, our hands-on approach to learning, and the application process.
- Financial Aid 101—Explore the financial aid options available at CIA, including scholarships, grants, and our tuition offset program.
- Current Student Panel—Hear all about CIA firsthand from our current students during a Q&A panel.
- Campus Tour—Take a walking tour of campus. You’ll get the inside scoop on classes, activities, and life on campus.

Our students and CIA faculty chefs welcome you to dine with us and experience our student-staffed restaurants for yourself. Reservations are strongly recommended given peak, fall demand and can be easily made online. For walk-in service, we encourage you to visit The Bakery Café by Ghirardelli.
