Feel Right at Home

As a culinary school with several housing options, CIA’s goal is to make your experience as comfortable and enjoyable as possible should you choose to reside on our Hyde Park, NY, campus.

CIA housing in New York includes residence halls where you can study quietly while making new friends from around the world. Each location includes a full-time professional residence director who is available to help you. In addition, CIA Residence Life staff members are trained to make you feel at home.

Apply for CIA Housing

All freshman and returning students must complete the on-campus housing application form. Freshman students can access the application through their Admitted Student Portal under their “To Do” list. Returning students can access the application link through their Student Portal under “HP Quick Links.”

Please complete all fields on the application in order for us to best fill your housing assignment. You will receive notification of your room assignment via the Residence Life page on your portal (the same location you use to apply for housing). Your assignment and roommate information will be posted about three weeks prior to your arrival/return date (we do not provide assignments via mail or by phone).
